Trainee Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Job Purpose:

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn what working in FP&A department means such us forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

We are looking for someone willing to grow with us working closely with senior financial analysts.

‍We offer:

• Practical training by our teams of professionals: you will be one of the team!
• Specialized theoretical training by prestigious institutions in Spain which will be provided by TD SYNNEX! At TD SYNNEX’s expense!
• Compensation package of 850€ gross per month.
• 6 month internship agreement with extension to 6 more months and possible incorporation to the company.

‍ As a Trainee Financial Analyst you will be in charge of:

• Active participation in all tasks and processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting, Outlook, Financial Analysis and ad hoc activities.
• Preparation of managementpresentations for planning and MEC reviews.
• Analyzes current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of P&L and headcount.
• Prepares financial metrics and analysis for management reviewsand analysis of financial performance vs plan
• Consolidates and prepares monthly management reports.
• Meets reporting deadlines in accordance with Finance calendar
• Support on various budgeting and forecasting models and templates.
• Prepares ad hoc reportsand other analysis per request.
• Works closely with EMEA FP&A team members in all ongoing activities.

About you:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• Good Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP/BW and SAP BPC is appreciated.
• Advanced level in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers and distill them into insightful analysis for senior management.
• Able to maintain flexibility in a fast-pasted environment and continuously evolve to meet changing business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
• Quick learner, proactive and thorough.
• Deadline-Oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.
• Good communication and cooperation skills in international environment.
• Availability to work full time.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid, we go to the office 2 days per week.

• ️️ Recuitment Process:

• 40-minute: Interview with a Recruiter to check for cultural fit.
• 60-minute: In Person Technical interview exchange with team members that will include an Excel test.
