Electrical Supervisor - Solar

Are you an experienced and skilled electrical professional looking to take on a leadership role?

Leap29 are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Electrical Supervisor to join our candidates’ team based in North Spain, Valladolid. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable Renewables company that values innovation, safety, and excellence in electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the Renewables industry standards and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate electrical Solar projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and materials procurement.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex Solar electrical issues.
• Train and mentor technicians, promoting professional development and fostering a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Review and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with the Renewables industry advancements, electrical codes, and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an electrician or in a similar electrical supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• In-depth understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Valid electrical supervisor license or certification (if applicable).
