Leads and elaborates the portfolio of comprehensive health services for the Patient with the aim of providing added value to Nephrocare services.
Tasks performed regularly which form the essential characteristics of the position:
- Develop the value proposition for the Patient, a portfolio of products available to the renal patient, which is dialyzed in the Nephrocare centers, with the aim of providing them with everything they need so that they have comprehensive advice.
- Elaborate a value proposition where the spheres that are part of the comprehensive Counseling that we offer to the Patient: nutritional, psychological, sexual, physiotherapeutic counseling, etc., are integrated with the company’s global value proposition.
- Prepare a value proposal focused on value-added services, and a proposal to create them if necessary; in addition to the indicators of care quality and training of the care staff of the Nephorcare clinic network, so that they are integrated with the company’s global value proposition.
- Develop, execute, organize and coordinate the value proposition in line with the company’s Marketing Plan.
- Collaborates with tenders, providing the technical documentation required for the company’s tender in accordance with Compliance.
-Collect market data and market indicators of the area of responsibility, and be able to develop a monitoring plan and measurement thereof for decision-making, and evaluation and deviations from the plan; in coordination with the other lines of product and service of the company.
- With Patient Centricity guidance, and in collaboration with the Therapy Marketing Manager, collect and analyze the KPIs with an impact on the development of the strategic plan, seeking commercial excellence, in order to translate a complete plan to sell value to the KOLs, stakeholders, decision-makers of the purchase according to the client (Heads of Service, medical teams, nurses, Managers, directors of management, etc.)
- Provides tools and sales arguments to the commercial network of its area of competence, as well as support for meetings, presentations, events and activities that are required within the commercial activity.
- Propose the key lines of communication needs, so that, together with the rest of the marketing department and the communication area, a reputational plan for the network of clinics can be proposed.
- Collaborates with the different operational figures of the clinics, as well as with Patient Relations, for the construction of value proposals according to the needs of the plan and Compliance..
