The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business.

Your main responsibilities will be

Coordinate the activities between Client and the Company according to the requirements of the contracts, seeking operational excellence and contributing to meet the budget and maximize the profitability of the programs.

• Interpret, adapt and apply (manage) the contract with the Client, from the point of view of its technical, commercial and deadline compliance
• Negotiate and agree contractual modifications with the Client, mainly commercial conditions, product modifications and medium and long-term delivery plans derived from the evolution of the programs over time.
• Establish, implement and ensure monitoring and information systems of the Program through control indicators. If necessary, define and propose corrective actions
• Analyze operating accounts of the program and manage proposals for cost and margin improvement.
• Coordinate the Program Team to ensure compliance with the contract requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in the responsibilities described above
• Demonstrable skills in team and project management
• Proven ability to defend technical positions in meetings with customers
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to travel
