The Field Sales Engineer Levante Region, will be key in shaping the future sales structure of Hach Industry Business in the area.

The position holder will focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships to regional customers and advise and consult them in developing their business by implementing standard instrumentation and solutions process from Hach.

  • Fulfillment of the sales targets assigned according to the KPIs.
  • Carrying out commercial activities and visits to industrial clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical support, advice to potential clients for the identification of needs and better solutions to projects and applications.
  • Preparation of technical and commercial offers.
  • Commercial monitoring.
  • Promotion of new clients in certain industrial sectors.
  • Related business activities.
  • Collaboration with the departments: Technical Service, Finance, Marketing, Administrative Department.
  • Carrying out projects aligned with the strategy of the global company at the regional level.
  • Sales experience in the water treatment or similar industry of at least 3 years.
  • Experience with industrial clients and sales to international companies (B2B).
  • Experience in industrial water treatment processes would be an advantage.
  • Experience in using the CRM system, preferably Sales Force.
  • High Level of English.
  • Engineering, chemistry, process technology or related degree required.
  • Broad experience in direct sales in lab and process instrumentation and project management, sales and marketing or business development
  • Result-oriented business developer with good analytical skills. Experience of waste water instrumentation is an essential plus.
  • Outstanding communication (oral, written and presentation) and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of quality customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability for multi-tasking and working under pressure.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel
