We are looking for :

Sales manager (F/M) – Perimeter Iberia & France

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing his/her specific Sales Territory in order to deliver targeted objectives in line with ELKEM Silicones Marketing Strategy and Company Code of Conduct.

In line with “Customer Value Management” principles and Commercial Excellence practices, the Sales Manager will:

x Manage and develop a dedicated account portfolio in line with targeted Sales objectives; monitor, manage and deliver sales performance against budget ;

x Adapt the ELKEM Silicones Product and Services Offer to specific customer needs in line with strategy established with Global Business Management ;

x Research new business opportunities, engage with potential customers and deliver New Share Gains ;

x Align ELKEM Silicones global range of products promotion with self-discovered customer need ;

x Construct, maintain and execute a Sales Territory Plan including 5yr horizon goal setting ;

x Provide local support to the third-party sales channel under direction of the Third-Party Regional Account Manager ;

x Actively contribute to the product life-cycle process, stay abreast of technology in application evolution in order to maintain knowledge and ability to provide first line product support; will partner with the Technical Sales Department / Technical Services Laboratories when needed ;

x Liaise and Network with all relevant internal supporting departments, self-educate to a suitable level to enable a professional first response to customer enquiry ;

x Keep up to date with Market dynamics both local and regional, including position vs competition; work cohesively with Global Business Teams to share market intelligence ;

x Enhance Value Creation for ELKEM Silicones through Commercial Excellence Practices ;

x Full use and engagement with the company CRM, Supply Chain and budgeting tools in support of

. Commercial Excellence Practices e.g. (but not limited to)

. Sales activity reporting, monthly reporting, price list maintenance and quotations, opportunity/ lead management.

Profile

Education : Degree in the Sciences and/ or Business.

Experience: 5yrs successful experience in Sales role in a B to B environment - ideally within chemical related industries.

Fluency in English (as well as high level, preferably fluent, French) is a pre-requisite. Willingness to travel frequently both domestic and European.
