How To Contribute To Our Vision

We are looking for a Quality Expert for root analysis and problem solving.

  • The candidate will have to introduce and expand problem solving and root cause analysis capabilities within the engineering communities.
  • Leads the problem solving for multi-regional impacts.
  • Ensure the 8D methodology application to accelerate problem-solving and avoid problem reoccurrences.
  • Provides coaching CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Actions) leads but also governance in managing the CAPA portfolio in the product development functions.
  • Prepares Quality-related analysis, concepts, methods, and tools in the product development functions.
  • Advice technology management in problem solving, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and status of active cases.
  • Engages with the wider Quality Organization to coordinate launch, management, and progress reporting of active CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Actions) cases.
  • Collaborates closely with other Quality functions to further develop method and tools related to problem solving and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Drives and coaches general Quality projects related to technology functions.
  • Contributes to budget planning processes.
  • Trains and coaches’ employees in problem solving and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • 5 years of experience in quality or engineering role within product development
  • Analytical skills, project management oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coaching capabilities
  • Fluent in English – C1 (both spoken and written)
  • Tools: Quality tools, 8D problem solving, optional Kepner Tregoe/ six sigma
  • General broad understanding of / interest in technology and underlying principles
