How To Contribute To Our Vision

Our Global Mobility team is a key part of the HR function and is vital to the day-to-day operations of our business. Whether it is in our Offshore, Onshore or Service Business Unit, our employees frequently travel internationally for project related work and this makes the demands of our function unique. We rely heavily on timely, successful and safe completion of our assignments and without this, we wouldn’t be able to build and maintain our wind farms, the backbone of our business.

We now have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Global Mobility Process Expert to join our Global team.

As Part Of The Role, You Will
  • Drive and design business focused solutions for the Global Mobility function with a focus on process harmonization and cost efficiency
  • Work closely with the Head of Global Mobility and other HR stakeholders in the design of a successful and business relevant Global Mobility strategy
  • Promote lean processes and simplify the Global Mobility ecosystem in partnership with internal colleagues and external vendors.
  • Focus on working collaboratively to identify and implement best practice, shed obsolete legacy systems and processes and be an ambassador for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal guidelines, especially tax compliance.
  • Review the End-to-End Global Mobility processes for Short Term and Long-Term Assignments for our Onshore, Offshore and Service Business, identify and mitigate risk as necessary.
  • Adopt localizations where necessary without compromising global standardization.
  • Drive collaboration with Corporate Tax Department, Finance, Procurement and HR Services
  • Be the functional lead of Regional Mobility Partners
What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
  • Proven Global Mobility experience demonstrating subject matter expertise in a similar industry.
  • Ideally, you will have some leadership experience either in a management or project capacity.
  • You will have strong expertise in Short-Term assignments and Project Concepts for international assignments.
  • Ability to drive, manage and structure a global project in partnership with various business stakeholders.
  • You will be a team focused individual who understands the importance of leveraging available resources to build a high performing Global Mobility team
  • Comfortable in working in a global virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of industry leading tools, experience of working with the big 4 and commercial understanding.
  • You have strong communication and analytical skills and possess excellent MS Office knowledge
  • You are fluent in English
