Controlling manager for the 5 plants of ELE Power Electronic (PE) - consolidation of PE business and financial business partner for PE.

Manages controlling operations, i.e. budgeting, analyzing, forecasting and reporting of financial KPI and supports accountable management for an assigned business organization.

How To Contribute To Our Vision
  • Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews the budgets and the forecast of the 5 plants and regions with PE project business
  • Analyzes and explains the differences between Actuals and budget and forecasts
  • Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
  • Performs relationships with other central departments and provides needed information; procurement, productivity, transfer prices, manufacturing costs, etc
  • Monitors financial performance, provides KPI analyzes, and prepares and comments respective performance reporting and forecasts.
  • Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems.
  • Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews units´ investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting.
  • Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
  • Prepares and reports information for Business organization Management: business cases, cost evolution, cost comparison, etc.
  • Manages teams of specialized Controlling Professionals and support staff, in different organizational settings.
What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • MA in Finance, Economics and Management- Business Management Administration
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good control working with MS Office and SAP
  • Great communication skills
  • English command C1.
