HPE Pointnext services support customers in Digital transformation, providing advisory, professional and operational services to get the most out of technology. With over 11,000 engagements per year, 25,000 staff and capability in over 80 countries, Pointnext operates services on a global scale.

In the advisory and professional services team we support technology transitions across hybrid cloud, digital workplace, data center modernisation, networking, IOT and Analytics.

In our Digital workplace practice we focus on helping customers adopt cloud based end user technologies such as Microsoft 365, Citrix and VMware. These technologies help a client allow their employees to collaborate and innovate more effectively with colleagues and customers. Pointnext delivers both advisory and professional services to allow a client to transition from the current, typically on premise technology to a hybrid or full cloud model.

We are looking for a business development manager to join the global practice team, this should be an individual who is comfortable with building demand generation campaigns, working with partners and local country leads to create opportunities.

  • Leading demand generation activities for the digital workplace practice
  • Working with region and country leads to advertise our offerings to the sales teams
  • Leading sales enablement for geo’s and local teams
  • Providing guidance on portfolio enhancements / changes based on country feedbacl
  • Being an Evangelist for digital workplace practice
  • Working with analysts to position HPE Pointnext in the best position.
  • Accountability for global digital workplace number
Skills / Experience
  • Previous experience in business development roles in consulting or advisory services
  • Working with sales teams across multiple regions
  • Experience in influencing senior stakeholders to focus on our business
  • Understanding and examples of working within a modern workplace / digital workplace services business.
  • Portfolio Management and Creation of Sales & Customer collateral
  • Alliance Management
  • Event Management

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent level of qualification, however demonstrable real-world experience of working in a services environment will be more important than academic qualifications.
