Role Summary:

This is a strategic and tactical global role that will propel the Enterprise Data Strategy team’s vision forward through project management and socialization to deploy the Consumer Data Centralized Data Management Solution (CD2) around the globe.

The Consumer Data Associate Manager on the Enterprise Data Strategy team will also assist marketers and associated teams on access and commercialization of the tool.

This role will serve as connector between those in markets acquiring data and D+A’s PDM and Privacy/Governance teams.

Additionally, this role will identify nascent data needs from markets that require a solution from the Data + Analytics team.

This person will serve as the primary interface with local market Consumer Data technical teams and market specific marketing teams.

What will you be doing more specifically:
  • Support Consumer Data Centralized Data Management Solution Implementation
  • Responsible for cascading enterprise business data requirements down to local market applications.
  • Responsible for reporting on implementation progress and communicating blockers.
  • Using existing documentation on current state data landscape, work with individual data source owners on the best approach to pointing data to new CD2 solution.
  • Support CD2 once implemented
  • Oversee access to the tool for marketers, third parties and other internal resources that require access.
  • Connects D+A pillars with local markets to assist on PepsiCo’s data governance and maintenance of PepsiCo Data Marketplace.
  • Represent evolving market data needs
  • Through working with markets, understand and identify additional features necessary to grow and propel business. Investigate development within CD2 solution.
  • Ensure that new programs are leveraging CD2 and suggest applications of available data to power consumer communications.
  • Knowledge Holder
  • Familiar with local market data ecosystem, building relationships with local market SMEs.


What you will bring:
  • Minimum 2 years’ consumer data management experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing platform implementation
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing data; a plus if on CPG brands
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Masters a plus
  • Consumer, Legal and Regulatory knowledge and expertise with respect to data acquisition and usage
  • Experience with marketing platforms (SFMC, Marketo, Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with 2nd and 3rd party data providers, a plus if familiar with providers outside US
  • Experience with marketing data platform integration
  • Experience with data warehouse development from a business user perspective, a plus if familiar with SQL
  • Experience with different global markets preferred

Skills , Abilities & Knowledge
  • Able to drive existing Consumer Data Strategy through programs like CD2
  • Knowledge of 2nd and 3rd party data providers, a plus if familiar with providers outside US
