Acute Care Product (Modality) Sales Specialist Spain is the knowledge expert on product, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
As a Acute Care Product Sales Specialist Spain you will develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales portfolio. You will also support Account Managers in pre and post sales activities, driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
You are responsible for
Responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services
Responsible for Marketing plan and execution
Sales plan and execution ( Market share and OIT)
Perfect NPI
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of modality data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired knowledge of his modality
Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas
Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and modality to be sold in the region, according to established guidelines
Monitor competition and changes in the industry, and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings
Drives continuous improvements via Lean
You are a part of
26 people team including Clinical Application Specialists, Modality Specialists, Business Developers and people managers. In this role you will report directly to Iberia Business Marketing & Sales Leader.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Educational background in Telecommunications or Computer engineering
Minimum experience of 7 years in the health sector, developing different solutions/projects: SW Development and Process reengineering
Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems: ICCA, CCC, Inovian, SAP, Orion, HCIS, Selene, LIS, Cerner, Epic – Content experience, who runs it, where they are, functionalities, technical implications
IT Consulting
Connoisseur of the world of public administration, advice and details of the tenders
It will be considered as a plus: knowledge of CPI processes, H2020, NG, Introduction to the SEIS or other scientific societies
Spanish language fluent and good level of English language
Clean driving license
