Requirements
  • An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
  • EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
  • Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
  • Fluent in English.
Terms & Conditions:
  • Scholarship 960€ per month
  • Grant canteen

Period of internship:
  • 6 months internship starting in September/early October 2022
  • Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

A day in the life of...

Support the Training, Team Administration and Communication strategy for the Barcelona

Analytics Service Line teams through:
  • Working with the team on the new CRM development and documentation, forecast, and improvements
  • Maintenance and fulfil some projects on CRM
  • Support on the new ASL communication strategy
  • Operations Functional Support (onboarding external vendors)
  • Work with data sets with tools ranging from MS Excel, R or Python, MS power BI
  • Assist with design, preparation and use of various MS PowerPoint presentations that will be used and needed regularly within the ASL BCN
  • Assist with the maintenance and creation of ASL MS SharePoint pages & sub-sites
  • Assist and improve Reports and Dashboards in regards to ASL related Team KPI’s
  • General support to the Communication and Team Leadership operational administration activities as needed
  • Close liaison with the general GLOBE team admin and communications functions
  • Contribute with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and creativity

What Will Make You Successful
  • Academic Background Computer Science or Information systems and/or Data Analytics
  • Management of Information Services/ Communication
  • Familiarity or Interest in Analytics: Reporting, Configuration & Implementation;
  • Understanding of and Interest in the world of Corporate Analytics;
  • Attentive to details;
  • Analytical Mindset;
  • Solid written and spoken English plus strong skills in communication
