From the Finance division at WeHunt, we are for a Customer Service (native French)for an important multinational company in the chemical sector located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).

The role is responsible for processes orders from receipt through to delivery to the customer’s premises. Interfaces with the company’s internal departments (sales, production, planning, etc.) and external parties (carriers, etc.) to manage orders proactively and provide quality service to customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Receipt of customer orders using SAP.
  • Daily processing of internal and external emails.
  • Follow-up of orders at all stages: colorimetry, pricing, production, dispatch and transport, to guarantee effective delivery within the company’s deadlines.
  • Control of deliveries and grouping of lines to optimize logistics.
  • Ongoing daily contact with customers and related services.
  • Management of consignment stocks and invoicing of consumption at the end of the month.
  • Processing and dispatch of various documents requested by customers: copies of delivery notes, invoices.Management of claims files: breakage, loss, product quality, returns. Follow-up from the creation of the return order to the customer’s compensation, in close collaboration with the sales manager and the administrative department for the creation of credit notes and re-invoicing.
  • Manage the collection of empty returnable containers from customers to ensure linear rotation and avoid stock-outs.
  • Record customer complaints and malfunctions on ETQ

Qualifications (H/M/D):

  • Minium 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Level of French required: native
  • Level of English & Spanish required: high
  • Computer skills: office automation
