Dutch-speaking Fashion Customer Representative

The role:

As a Dutch-speaking Fashion Customer Service Advisor, you’ll work directly with clients by email and phone to offer kind solutions for all their inquiries in your mother language.

This is your new job in Barcelona if

• 
  You have excellent Dutch communication skills and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You are open to develop your customer service skills
• You are passionate about fashion and you have familiarity with this industry
• You are computer literate
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You pay attention to small details and you are well-organized
• You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality
• You are able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern

***Experience with CRM is a plus

Your day to day at work:

• 
  Effectively solve customer issues in Dutch
• Manage complaints and inquiries with a proper and respectful tone
• Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
• Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders
