Working in the structure of the Finance Shared Service Center, and following our accounting standardized practices, the Accounts Payable accountant will be responsible for the timely processing of vendor invoices, to ensure that payments are processed on time, and that all the expenditures of the organization coming from invoices are accurate and accrued in the correct period.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Processing of PO invoices
• Processing of non-PO invoices to the correct GL account, cost center…
• Review of payment proposals
• Reconciliation of vendors accounts
• Reconciliation of pending invoices accounts
• Contact with vendors
• Contact with internal purchasing organizations
• Participate in the month closing, ensuring that expenses are accrued in the right period

• Economics degree or FPII
• Languages
• English: B2 is mandatory
• Advanced competency in accounting software
• Advanced competency in excel
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
